I’m very glad I hired Brett to inspect our home. He’s a decent and very honest man. When I booked an appointment with him, I asked to him to do a sewer scope inspection on top of the home inspection. After inspecting the house, he said the pipes are made of PVC since the time the house was built and there are no tree roots that we should worry about. He said he was pretty confident we don’t need to do the sewer scope inspection, and saved us some money. Honest tradesmen are hard to come by, so I am very thankful to have worked with one that would not take advantage of us being naive in property buying.

Lastly, all the other tradesmen he recommended to us—our termite inspector and structural engineer—have been very great too! So glad to have found Brett. Also, for the work he did, he charges very reasonable fee. Highly recommended!"
